Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing refined petroleum product markets.
• Deep knowledge of middle distillates (diesel, gasoil, jet/kerosene).
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related quantitative field.
• Strong Excel data manipulation and analysis of structured datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication to executive clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market analysis for East of Suez middle distillates.
• Assess supply mechanisms including export quotas and regional margins.
• Publish market reports and trade recommendations with evidence.
• Track geopolitics, policy, and infrastructure impacts on regional balances.
• Validate vessel tracking data against refinery throughput and stock data.
• Deliver presentations and support pre-sales with technical insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance data coverage.
