U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer to support a large-scale migration project from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune within a co-managed ConfigMgr and Intune environment in Singapore.

You will assess current endpoints, design and implement enrollment, compliance, deployment policies, and troubleshoot migration across pilot and rollout phases, working with infrastructure, security, identity, and service teams.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing large-scale Windows endpoint environments.
• Experience migrating Workspace ONE to Intune or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with ConfigMgr and Intune co-management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, device compliance, and Windows Update.

Responsabilidades

• Assess existing Workspace ONE, Intune, ConfigMgr, and Windows endpoints.
• Develop Intune designs for enrollment, configuration, compliance, app deployment, security, and updates.
• Plan and support migration from Workspace ONE to Intune with pilot testing and phased waves.
• Support unenrollment from Workspace ONE and enrollment into Intune.
• Configure or guide policies, profiles, compliance, deployment, security, update rings, VPN/Wi-Fi.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between Group Policies and Intune.
• Monitor migration progress, device compliance and deployment.
• Provide troubleshooting during pilot, rollout, go-live and hyper care.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, identity, app and service teams.
• Prepare technical designs, migration plans, runbooks, guides, and docs.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to technical and support teams.

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer to support a large-scale Microsoft 365 endpoint migration project. The role will focus on migrating Windows 11 devices from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune within a co-managed Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune environment.

Project Scale

• Migration from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune
• Co-managed Microsoft Configuration Manager + Intune environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Windows endpoint environments.
• Develop Intune solution designs covering device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, security and Windows updates.
• Plan and support the migration from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune, including pilot testing and phased migration waves.
• Support device unenrollment from Workspace ONE and enrollment into Intune.
• Configure or provide guidance on Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, security policies, update rings, VPN and Wi-Fi profiles.
• Identify and resolve conflicts between existing Group Policies and Intune configurations.
• Monitor migration progress, device compliance, policy application, application deployment and migration issues.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support during pilot, rollout, go-live and hyper care phases.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, identity, application and service management teams.
• Prepare technical designs, migration plans, runbooks, configuration guides and operational documentation.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to technical and support teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Proven experience managing and supporting large-scale Windows endpoint environments.
• Experience with Workspace ONE to Intune migration, or migration between comparable endpoint management platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune co-management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, Windows Update and endpoint security.
