Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore seeks an experienced Metrology Process Lead to set up and optimize metrology recipes for new processes and tools. You will lead engineers, qualify equipment, study recipe robustness and drive continuous improvement for product industrialization.

You will manage equipment downtime, perform FMEA, support manufacturing lines, and contribute to automation and robust processes. Strong collaboration across Quality, Device, and Maintenance is required, with at least 5

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of Metrology Process experience.
• Experience with Fab-specific metrology tools and measurement systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Technology, Device, and other modules.
• Training/tools certification (e.g., JMP, FMEA, DOE, 8D) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineers to set-up metrology recipe for new processes or tools.
• Qualify equipment, measurements, and processes.
• Study robustness of measurement recipe and drive fact-based methodology.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Program and TS/TPM initiatives.
• Manage equipment SPC, qualification after maintenance, and FMEA when required.
• Provide day-to-day manufacturing line support and troubleshoot line stops.
