KEPLER COMPUTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Staff Metrology Engineer to lead metrology strategy on a 300mm pilot line and develop innovative measurement solutions for process development and high-volume manufacturing.

You will act as a technical authority, guiding cross-functional teams and partnering with operations, process, and equipment teams to meet KPIs, improve accuracy, and enable next‑generation devices.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Candidates with an MSc and substantial industry experience will also be considered.
• 5+ years of hands-on metrology or process characterization experience in a semiconductor fab or equivalent high- technology R&D environment.
• Proven expertise in 300mm wafer metrology and familiarity with advanced CMOS, logic, or memory process technologies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical authority for a broad portfolio of metrology techniques including XRD, AFM, XRF, SEM/TEM, Ellipsometry, XPS, and 4-point probe.
• Define and drive the metrology roadmap for the fab, identifying capability gaps and new measurement technologies.
• Lead the qualification and introduction of new metrology tools and techniques into the fab environment.
• Own and govern external metrology partnerships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
