Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Sustaining Test Engineer in Singapore to analyze test data and provide dispositions for production abnormalities. You will drive qualification and buy-off for test hardware, tooling, and test programs deployed for mass production.

You will perform testing experiments, develop SOPs, and work with OSAT partners to resolve issues, ensuring test process improvements and smooth production flow across final test and wafer probing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with Prober and ATE equipment in manufacturing.
• Experience in Final Test or Wafer/Circuit probing is preferred.
• English communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide test data analysis and dispositions for manufacturing abnormalities.
• Plan qualification and buy-off for test hardware and programs for mass production.
• Document SOPs and improve test processes as needed.
• Support OSAT teams with test engineering expertise and remote debugging.
