Mediacorp Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled media operations professional to oversee EVS, Avid, and Dalet workflows across CNA, Current Affairs, and Digital News, ensuring seamless ingest, metadata tagging, and archival accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a degree in mass media or related field, solid experience in media management and cloud CMS, strong leadership, and is prepared for irregular shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mass Media Communication or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trends.
• Proven experience in media management, technical oversight, and people management.
• Understanding of cloud-based content management.
• Prepared to work irregular shift hours and weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of browsing services of the EVS PAM system to support CNA, Chinese, Malay and Tamil News, Current Affairs and Digital News.
• Explore ingestion methods with media of varying formats and transcode via file or baseband.
• Coordinate streaming lines of the EVS IPD via VSM.
• Quality control of ingested rushes and feeds to meet quality standards for video and audio.
• Maintain storage on EVS and AVID for seamless workflows.
• Tag metadata and manage archival readiness for National Archive and central libraries.
• Support radio/news production by coordinating live interview crossovers.
• Set up equipment for overseas bureaus and manage software access for MacBooks.
• Censor sensitive materials and track usage rights to avoid penalties.
• Oversee overseas bureaus coordination on media transfer and archiving.
