Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a media or advertising role.
• Strong client-facing and leadership experience.
• Proficient with digital advertising platforms (Google/Meta/TikTok).
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive ROI.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as daily contact across accounts.
• Manage a media team of planners and executives.
• Lead and propose comprehensive media strategies across channels.
• Oversee lifecycle from brief to reporting and billing.
• Develop full-funnel media plans across Social, Search, and OOH.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns.
• Advise on media strategy as a consultant.
• Take ownership of media budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and coach to build skills.
• Maintain high quality of service levels and campaign delivery.
• Support the Account Director in shaping long-term strategy.
