Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance, a global digital media agency, seeks an experienced media leader in Singapore to own client relationships, lead a media team, and propose data-driven strategies across Social, Search and OOH. You will manage budgets, drive campaigns end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in media/advertising, strong communication skills, and hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, GA, GTM, AppsFlyer, and OOH

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a media agency or advertising role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and AppsFlyer; familiarity with OOH planning and buying is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience training & guiding junior team members.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze results and explain variance from goals.
• Confident communicator to lead client-facing planning conversations.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to exceed targets.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced industry and learn in wider agency.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship as the daily point of contact across assigned accounts.
• Manage a media team of planners and executives.
• Lead and propose comprehensive media strategies across channels.
• Oversee lifecycle from brief to reporting and billing.
• Develop full-funnel media plans across Social, Search and OOH.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Programmatic, Reporting, Trading, Strategy).
• Influence and advise on clients’ media strategy and proposals.
• Take ownership of media budgets and optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain high quality standards for service levels and delivery.
• Support Account Director in shaping longer-term strategic direction.
