Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement and execution of building services packages for Terminal 5. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in planning and project management for mechanical systems in building services.
• Experience delivering large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple building services packages with attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and analytical.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and in fast-paced environments.
• Good teamwork and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure and execute assigned building construction packages for Terminal 5 development.
• Serve as interface between consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and top quality.
• Ensure code and regulatory compliance, quality, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
