Job summary

The role requires reading technical drawings, coordinating manpower, and ensuring safety and timely delivery. On-site support and prompt problem solving are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating mechanical works for building services projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience liaising with customers, vendors, and suppliers for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Involved in planning and execution of mechanical engineering and construction works for building services.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, design and specifications for tenders, and supervise installation and commissioning.
• Liaise with end users and vendors for project coordination.
• Provide onsite support to capture project requirements and ensure compliance.
• Track project progress and schedule, coordinating activities and resolving site issues.
• Read and draw technical drawings for project needs.
• Manage petty cash and deploy manpower to sites with timing records.
• Support safety and management teams; participate in emergency response as needed.
• Assist Manager in project integration and procurement of materials.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
