Job summary

ALTUS FACILITIES ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a mechanical engineer to contribute to planning and design of building services, delivering robust, compliant solutions for diverse projects.

You will prepare tender documents, designs and technical specifications, supervise installation and commissioning of mechanical works, and coordinate with end users and vendors for project requirements. Onsite support may be provided to capture needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Able to read and draw technical drawings.
• Liaise with end users and vendors for project coordination.
• Provide onsite support to capture project requirements.
• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the planning and design of mechanical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, and supervise installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
• Liaise with end user customers and vendors for project coordination.
• Onsite support upon customer request to capture project requirements.
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Determine project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems.
• Read and draw technical drawings.
• Well versed in AutoCAD.
• Material procurement.
• Assist Manager in Project Integration.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & decision making skill.
