Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience designing and testing electro-mechanical, pneumatic and fluid systems.
• Experience using prototyping tools and techniques.
• Experience with modeling CAD software such as SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated systems with electromechanical components and pneumatics.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements to production-ready systems.
• Serve as technical point-of-contact to science, software and operations teams.
• Design iteratively with real-world users and test prototypes for compliance.
• Establish product performance using CAD, FMEA, and DFA.
