WSP in Asia is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong focus on Fire Safety to join our Singapore team. The role involves mechanical design support and leadership across ACMV, Fire Protection, hydraulic, sanitary and plumbing systems.

The candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering, at least 10 years of relevant design experience, and PE certification is preferred. Infrastructure project experience is advantageous, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and lead project

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant design experience.
• Strong design experience in Fire Safety.
• Infrastructure projects experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mechanical engineering design support.
• Handle design works and project management for ACMV, Fire Protection, hydraulic services, sanitary and plumbing.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers through all project stages from concept to completion.
• Act as Project Manager or Team Leader on projects.
• Mentor new employees and provide technical guidance.
• Advise engineers on project administration and contractual issues.
• Conduct technical discussions on common design problems with engineers.
