Job summary

EOS Innovation Singapore is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for defence programs. You will own the end-to-end design from concept through release, coordinating with sub-systems and production teams to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions.

The role requires strong CAD skills (Creo/SolidWorks/NX), experience with FEA or simulation, and a track record of delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience in a modern industrial engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Design structural elements of a moderate-scale product, using CAD and simulation to deliver a confident design.
• Produce and manage designs that integrate with mechanical, electronic, and optical subsystems.
• Use design-for-manufacture principles to generate cost-effective parts and assemblies.
• Identify relevant international standards and create documentation demonstrating a rigorous design process.
• Own mechanical verification planning and execution, including test requirements and prototype reviews.
• Demonstrate best practices in model and drawing generation with proper GD&T.
• Collaborate in design reviews and work with suppliers to deliver complex parts.
• Transition designs to production teams for manufacturing and integration.
