Job summary

P-Con Management Pte Ltd is seeking a senior mechanical design specialist/lead to independently apply advanced engineering techniques for complex problems and to develop methods for municipal and industrial wastewater projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of mechanical design experience in water/wastewater facilities, PE registration preferred, and demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with disciplines, and deliver high-quality design packages on schedule.

Qualifications

• PE registration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in mechanical design for municipal and industrial wastewater.
• Ability to work independently to produce project deliverables within timelines.
• Experience leading and guiding engineering teams and performing QA/QC on designs.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical process systems for water and wastewater treatment plants across all design stages.
• Design pumping and ancillary systems.
• Prepare General Arrangement and equipment layouts.
• Develop equipment and pump specifications.
• Perform sizing and calculations for efficiency and compliance.
• Review vendor submissions for conformity to specifications.
