Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer in Woodlands to design, develop, and implement components throughout the product lifecycle. You will work on CAD/CAM simulations and analyze prototypes to meet performance and safety standards, collaborating with project teams and vendors.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience, ideally in semiconductor equipment. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering.
• 2+ years mechanical engineering experience, semiconductor preferred.
• Hands-on CAD/CAM and Matlab/LabVIEW for simulation and analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting automated semiconductor equipment is an advantage.

Job description

• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
• Starting Salary: $3,500 to $6,500

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
• Evaluates final product's overall performance, reliability and safety
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
• Writing technical documentation for machine operators
• Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team
• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules
• Responsible for mechanical documentation

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) with at least 2years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or with strong equipment-related exposure
• Hands-on experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programsfor simulation and data analysis
• Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automated equipment in semiconductor or similar industries
• Knowledgein die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
