Job summary

property facility services pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead MCST trust accounting and regulatory compliance. The role oversees trust accounts, fund segregation, monthly reconciliations, and reporting for audits, while liaising with auditors, tax agents, and operations for timely financial processing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/accounting, with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of MCST governance and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• LCCI, Diploma or Bachelor's in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 5 years finance/accounting experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing MCST trust accounts, fund segregation, reconciliations, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor MCST trust accounts per BMSMA and regulations.
• Ensure proper segregation of Management Fund and Sinking Fund monies.
• Perform monthly trust account reconciliations and investigate unreconciled items.
• Prepare trust account reports for council meetings, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with on-site staff on invoices and supporting documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to management.
