Job summary

PHAMOUS HARMONY PROPERTY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage MCST accounts and a small team. You will handle multiple projects, prepare monthly management reports, and assist with budgeting, statutory accounts, and internal audit.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ACCA Level 2 preferred, and strong Excel skills to meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• ACCA Level 2 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior similar experience in real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with MCST Accounts and MA Industries.
• Handle multiple MCST Accounts across 10+ projects.
• Maintain full set of accounts and meet monthly reporting timelines.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.
• Ensure AP & AR Officers meet duties and deadlines.
• Prepare GST and Income Tax computations.
• Prepare property tax schedules for recovery from tenants.
• Cash management and forecasting.
• Assist with drafting statutory accounts and budgeting.
• Assist internal audit as required.
• Prepare company invoices to clients.
• Any other duty assigned by Director.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with MCST Accounts & MA Industries
• Handling multiple MCST Accounts more than 10 projects.
• Maintain a full set of accounts and ensure that the monthly reporting timelines are duly met
• Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis between budget and actual results and statistics reports.
• Ensure that the AP & AR Officers discharge their duties properly and all the necessary timelines are duly met.
• GST returns & Income Tax Computation
• Prepare property tax schedules to tabulate recovery amounts from tenants.
• Cash Management and Forecast
• Assist with the drafting of statutory accounts.
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Assist with Internal Audit as and when necessary.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks where necessary
• Preparing Company Invoices to Client.
• Any other duty assigned by Director.
