Job summary

aibel pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Material Engineer to lead Material Technology activities across projects from tender to detailed engineering. You will ensure material selection, corrosion control, and integrity management in line with client requirements and project scope.

The role requires strong knowledge of API, ASME, NACE, ISO standards, experience with life-cycle cost analyses, and the ability to coordinate interfaces with equipment suppliers and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas as a material engineer, with ≥5 years in a senior role.
• Experience with brownfield and greenfield projects in Oil and Gas, with understanding of project phases and deliverables.
• Demonstrable experience in material selection, corrosion/ erosion, metallurgy and welding, with life-cycle cost analysis.
• Shall possess design experience with development/update of Materials Selection and Protection deliverables.
