About the Company

Join Allied MFG, a SG-based specialist in Precision sheet-metal fabrication since 2008, delivering high-quality steel products across Automation, Semiconductor, Power & Energy and other key sectors.

Candidates to handle projects packing in understanding every items requirements, in accordance to different Customers needs. Ability to handle at least 10-15 picker & packer. Allocation of staff in for different projects and improve efficiency for picker & packer to meet dateline of shipment.

Understanding is the Key concept for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily Consolidation of Single or multiple Orders to pack, Hands ON (First 3 months)
• Take up dedicated projects and ensure the packaging is competed and ready to send before delivery date.
• Perform label printing for Goods to send & packing list.
• Setup document control center for all staff to refer when needed.
• To allocate 2-3 man team for each project.
• Understand every items to pack or Assemble to dedicate to picker & packer.
• Cross Train every staff ability to perform Re-Threading process correctly as per drawings required.
• Understand finishing requirements for each items. Eg-Powder Coat color, Scraches, treatments and so on (Technical Knowledge)
• Ensure parts are pack & secure for long distance transportation.
• Maintain all packing equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs, repair and applying 5S in production floor.
• Understand the usage of Laser Mark Machine & Printing machine. (Software & Hardware)
• Perform Laser Marking for all Alu, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Perform Color Printing for Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Resolve Technical issue immediately independently.
• Perform routine check on machine(s) and equipment(s) assigned. Ensure that maintenance report is updated daily.
• Duties assign by immediate Superior.

Requirements.

• 3 years experience in Assembly and packing environments in fast moving paste.
• Have work in Metal product Company is a advantage in current position.
• Ensure Packing goods are prepared and ready to shipped at least one week ahead.
• Ability to in charge of at least 5 man team.
• Work in fast pace environments.
• Experience and understanding the metal industry will have advantages
• Able to execute 4M production system, experience to handle a team of 15 paxs will be preferred.
