Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in trade marketing or marketing communications in consumer goods, beverages or HORECA.
• Proven track record of integrated campaigns delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead projects.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team based in the Chin Bee West Region. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic marketing initiatives and lead campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market penetration. As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. This position is integral to our continued growth and market success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to support business growth objectives
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing materials, including digital content, promotional campaigns, and brand communications
• Manage and oversee market research initiatives to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive positioning opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and Management, to align marketing activities with broader business strategy
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations for optimisation and improvement
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Identify emerging marketing opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to reach and engage target audiences

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, with relevant professional certifications being advantageous
• 3-5 years experience in trade marketing or marketing communications roles, preferably within the consumer goods, beverages, FMCG and HORECA industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that have delivered measurable business results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities
• Strategic thinking capability combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels
