Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a senior marketing and communications leader to drive strategy for Singapore and Indonesia, leveraging earned media, digital channels, events and research-led content to build CBRE’s market position.

You will lead a team of five to eight professionals, manage the country budget, and serve as a trusted adviser to country and business line leadership, delivering differentiated viewpoints in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 12–14 years of marketing and communications experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years leading PR and events at a senior level with accountable media strategy and flagship events.
• Experience in a multinational or large listed organisation with matrix reporting and regional/global lines.
• Proven track record managing PR and event agencies, including briefing, performance management and budget control.
• Demonstrated ownership of a marketing budget with reporting on spend.
• People leadership experience managing a team of five or more.
• Established media relationships in Singapore with ability to secure tier-one coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an integrated, ROI-focused marketing and communications strategy for Singapore and Indonesia.
• Lead PR, digital, events and internal communications to enable business growth and brand leadership.
• Own country budget, set measurement standards, report quarterly to leadership.
• Oversee media relations, messaging, byline articles and crisis communications.
• Guide events strategy end-to-end and drive commercial return.
• Collaborate with CBRE Research for campaign-ready content and flagship reports.
