Job summary

OSL is seeking a Market Surveillance Officer to build and enhance OSL’s end-to-end market surveillance framework across digital asset trading activities. The role designs controls to detect, prevent, and escalate market abuse across venues and asset classes, with emphasis on crypto markets and regulatory alignment.

You will lead framework development, own surveillance operations end-to-end, calibrate risk-based scenarios, and partner with Legal and Regulatory teams to engage authorities on

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in trade surveillance or regulatory supervision.
• Exposure to digital assets, crypto, or Web3 markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of market abuse risks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve market conduct framework for digital asset markets.
• Oversee surveillance operations across venues, alert governance, and investigations.
• Calibrate risk-based scenarios and back-testing for crypto markets.
• Govern control room policies including MNPI and information barriers.
• Engage regulators on responses to inspections and inquiries.
