Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Standard office hours—enjoy your weekends!)
Location: Central
Monitor & Detect: Keep a eagle eye on trading activities using state-of-the-art surveillance systems to identify suspicious patterns, spoofing, wash trading, or market manipulation.
Investigate: Dig deep into flagged alerts. You’ll reconstruct trading scenarios, analyze order books, and build cases to determine whether further action is needed.
Report: Draft clear, concise investigative reports and escalation potential regulatory breaches to senior compliance management.
Collaborate: Work closely with product, tech, and compliance teams to fine-tune alert parameters and minimize false positives.
The Analyst: You have 1 to 3 years of experience in compliance, market surveillance, trading operations, or risk management.
The Problem Solver: You have a solid grasp of financial markets, trading instruments, and market integrity rules.
The Investigator: You don't just see numbers; you see the story behind them. You possess excellent analytical skills and a healthy dose of professional skepticism.
The Communicator: You can explain complex trading behaviors clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with surveillance tools (e.g., SMARTS, Actimize) or data tools (SQL, Excel) is a massive plus.
