Qualifications

• 8+ years of risk management experience covering market, credit, liquidity and operational risks.
• Strong knowledge of commodities, futures, derivatives and other traded products.
• Experience within commodities trading, brokerage, capital markets or financial services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market, credit, liquidity and operational risks across commodities and trading activities.
• Review and approve customer and counterparty credit limits within established risk appetite frameworks.
• Partner with front office stakeholders on risk matters relating to trading activities and new business initiatives.
• Provide risk assessments and recommendations on products, transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Support risk governance, reporting and escalation of key risk issues.
• Contribute to the enhancement of risk frameworks, controls and risk management processes.
