Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies or related field.
• 2-3 years in container shipping, liner or port operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Excel and English, with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel movements, ETA/ETD, port calls and berthing schedules.
• Coordinate with vessels, terminals, agents and internal teams daily.
• Track schedule changes, congestion and delays; support recovery plans.
• Prepare daily operational reports and vessel position updates.
• Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
• Provide admin and operational support to the Operations team.
