Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced maritime HSE leader to head the HSE section, overseeing incident investigations, compliance with Class and Flag State requirements, and coordination of SIRE inspections across the fleet.

You will organize ship visits, provide reports and recommendations, advise Masters on marine and navigational matters, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions to maintain vessel safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE on ships or marine operations.
• Proven ability to investigate incidents and compile reports with corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of Class and Flag State requirements and SIRE inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and conduct maritime incident investigations with full reporting and corrective measures.
• Ensure timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
• Organize regular weekly ship visits to vessels with minimal disruption to operations.
