Job summary

Panwood is seeking a Marine Operations Executive to coordinate crew changes and bunkering calls for vessels calling at Singapore. You will act as the main operational contact for shipowners, ship managers, Masters, crew managers, bunker suppliers, and port service providers, ensuring smooth pre-arrival planning and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating crew changes end-to-end and managing stakeholder communications.
• Ability to prepare movement plans and ensure compliance with immigration and port requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew changes from pre-arrival planning through completion and reporting.
• Review travel documents, arrange immigration and port clearances, and coordinate transport.
• Align bunker barge schedules with vessel movements and update all stakeholders on schedule changes.
• Maintain an accurate operation timeline and post-operation documentation for the principal.
