Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Principal Automation professional to develop and enhance factory automation capabilities, including real-time dispatching, scheduling and workflow execution, to enable information transparency and manufacturing excellence.

You will lead RTD rules, integrate AMHS and CIM systems, collaborate with Production Control, Manufacturing, IE, Planning, and ensure high availability, security and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net/ASP.NET and SQL.
• Experience with server installs, UNIX/Linux environments and basic network infra.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RTD rules and automation workflows with AMHS, MR and CIM system integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize production models for quality, cycle time, throughput and utilization.
• Ensure high availability through system improvement, maintenance and recovery.
• Install, patch, upgrade, and support engineering applications.
• Administer applications including backups, health monitoring and tuning.
• Plan reviews and renew software/hardware portfolios to exceed performance indices.
