Job summary

Riot Games in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering for TFT Store & Cosmetics. You will lead two engineering teams responsible for cosmetics creation and player discovery, using C++ and Unreal Engine, with a mix of client work and tooling.

You will partner with teams in Los Angeles and Singapore, shaping the technical vision, hiring, and delivery priorities across locations while driving performance, reliability, and creator workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in games, including client systems/UI/tools.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading groups of 10+ people.
• Strong C++ development with Unreal Engine (preferred) or Unity/proprietary engines.
• Experience shipping UI integrated with backend services and tools for content creation.
• Ability to review designs and guide implementation with performance and reliability considerations.
• Experience setting technical roadmaps and aligning with product/design/engineering partners.
• Proven experience developing senior engineers and making staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Store & Content Distribution and Cosmetics Engineering with clear goals and delivery aligned to TFT priorities.
• Coach engineers and emerging managers, providing growth feedback and performance management.
• Shape team structure, hiring, and staffing to meet current and future needs.
• Own the group’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap with architecture and quality balance.
• Align priorities with Product, Art, Design and Production across locations.
• Guide reliable Store experiences and integrations with shared services.
• Guide Unreal systems and pipelines supporting cosmetics production and new content types.
• Monitor delivery and health, address risks, and drive CI/CD improvements.
