Riot Games Singapore is seeking a Principal Game Product Manager, Cosmetics for Teamfight Tactics (TFT). You will own vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFT’s cosmetics portfolio, spanning existing offerings, new content, exclusive content, store features, and long-term cosmetics R&D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in games, focused on live-service cosmetics.
• Proven track record owning vision, strategy, and roadmaps with cross-functional delivery.
• Deep expertise in cosmetics-driven monetization and player-facing content.
• Understanding of cosmetics-driven free-to-play mechanics and player motivation.
• Ability to shape decisions via player insights, data, and market trends.
• Experience partnering with artists, designers, and production to translate vision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFT cosmetics portfolio.
• Lead multidisciplinary cosmetics team by setting priorities and aligning partners.
• Collaborate with artists to create content resonating with players and meeting product goals.
• Manage product KPIs with performance reporting, experimentation, and revenue modeling.
• Identify challenges and opportunities; formulate plans and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop decision frameworks and artefacts guiding downstream decisions.
• Coordinate with Production to translate strategy into executable roadmap and live ops.
• Navigate Riot and TFT organization to align Marketing, IP, Brand Partnerships and cross-functional partners.
