Job summary

HYVE Solutions Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Test Engineering Lead to manage a team responsible for testing servers, racks, storage and GPUs.

You will define test strategies and ensure robust execution across product lines. The role emphasizes process improvement, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with Product Development, Quality and Operations. Extensive manufacturing testing experience and knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001 and Lean Six Sigma are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in test engineering within server, storage, rack, or GPU environments.
• Proven experience managing test engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO9001/ISO14001 and audit processes.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement principles.
• Knowledge of programming and databases (Python and MySQL required; PHP is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Test Engineers and Technicians to ensure successful execution of test plans for server, rack, storage, and GPU products
• Provide technical direction and leadership to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve test plans, scripts, and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of testing activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues; provide Level 3 support when required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce defects
• Monitor performance metrics and produce reports (e.g., KPIs, operational metrics)
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of test records and related data
• Support operations in implementing processes aligned with industry and quality standards(ISO9001/ISO14001)
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure ofnon-conformities
• Coordinate corrective actions across departments and ensure quality compliance within engineering operations
• Align team objectives with overall business strategy and monitor performance against targets
• Provide input on workforce planning, resource allocation, and cost management
• Develop standardized processes and drive consistency across departments
• Ensure adequate resources are available to meet business means
• May be required to support operations outside of normal working hours and travel as needed
