Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore invites a Manager/Senior Manager to drive technology development and translational commercialisation. You will lead industry partnerships, pursue licensing and venture opportunities, and oversee governance and contract processes to ensure compliant, high-impact collaborations.

The role requires a strong background in life sciences and experience in oncology or related healthcare technologies, with a track record in strategic partnerships and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related; master's/PhD advantageous.
• At least 5 years in technology commercialisation, business development, or related fields.
• Experience in oncology, precision medicine, diagnostics, or digital health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technology assessment, development and translation from NCCS research to clinical adoption.
• Industry partnerships and business development, including collaborations and licensing.
• Commercialisation and venture development through licensing, partnerships, and startup activity.
• Governance, COI management, contract review, and compliance for innovation projects.
• Strategic initiatives, investment proposals, funding applications, and program development.
• Engage with stakeholders across academia, industry, and government to advance NCCS priorities.
