EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Singapore to drive technology-enabled transformation across supply chain planning, execution and operations. You will design roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide implementation of enterprise applications and analytics.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across geographies to deliver scalable platforms, optimize inventory and planning processes, and ensure security and integration readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain transformation, enterprise application implementation or related roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications across one or more phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional or solution design, system integration, testing, deployment or transition into operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, IBI or related processes.
• Experience leading project workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and structure information effectively.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Opportunity

As part of our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will support technology-enabled transformation programmes for regional and multinational clients across supply chain planning, execution and operational functions.

You will work at the intersection of supply chain, enterprise technology, digital platforms and analytics, supporting clients from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and transition into operations.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement scalable enterprise applications, modernize supply chain technology environments and improve operational performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Technology Transformation

• Lead and deliver technology-enabled supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Assess clients’ supply chain processes, application landscapes and platform capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop technology and application roadmaps across planning, execution, visibility and control tower capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, solution requirements and implementation plans.
• Apply digital, data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled approaches to enhance supply chain planning and operational performance.
• Lead the implementation of enterprise applications supporting forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, supply planning and integrated business planning.
• Manage implementation activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment and transition into operations.
• Coordinate business, functional and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing outcomes and delivery quality.
• Support proof-of-concept development and evaluation of software and platform capabilities.
• Review solution designs to ensure scalability, integration readiness, maintainability and alignment with applicable technology and security requirements.

Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Lead day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to overall programme delivery.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution-design discussions and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, technology roadmaps, project updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions, technology teams, business units and geographies to drive project outcomes.
• Coach team members and provide quality reviews of project deliverables.

Firm & Practice Contribution

• Contribute to proposal development, solution design and business development activities.
• Support internal knowledge development, methodology enhancement and capability-building initiatives.
• Develop points of view and market insights on supply chain technologies, digital planning platforms, analytics and AI-enabled transformation.
• Participate actively in Supply Chain & Operations practice development and team-building activities.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least six years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain transformation, enterprise application implementation, technology-enabled operations transformation or related industry roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise application implementation or technology-transformation projects across one or more phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional or solution design, system integration, testing, deployment or transition into operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, integrated business planning or related operational processes.
• Experience leading project workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and structure information effectively.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting application integration, data flows, solution architecture or platform-modernization initiatives.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation in retail, consumer products, manufacturing, logistics, distribution or related industries.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI or machine-learning applications within supply chain and operational environments.
• Relevant supply chain, technology, platform or project-management certifications.
