Job summary

GovTech's BERII/ACIPD unit seeks a Senior Manager to drive research and innovation in the built environment, channel resources to high‑impact areas, and translate promising solutions into practical deployments.

You will develop industry programmes, engage with stakeholders, oversee grants, and identify opportunities for R&D translation while staying ahead of emerging tech developments. A contract employment arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, building or construction-related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, research, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to develop detailed plans from broad strokes.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer effective industry programmes (including grants).
• Engage stakeholders to deliver programme outcomes and foster collaborations.
• Identify opportunities for R&D translation and technology adoption.
