In this pivotal role, you will drive compliance with international standards (including Part ARGH) and French EHS regulations, while embedding a strong, future-focused culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.Based in Paris, you will operate at a regional level, collaborating across borders and cultures to elevate standards and deliver operational excellence.Your mission• Own and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with aviation standards and best practices• Ensure regulatory compliance, with strong oversight of French EHS requirements and relevant European frameworks• Drive continuous improvement across the network, focusing on practical and effective process enhancements• Analyze Q/EHS performance data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making• Work closely with local leaders to strengthen a proactive and people-focused safety culture• Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear guidance and training on risk management and compliance topics• Lead interactions with regulators and auditors, ensuring professional and confident representation• Promote alignment and collaboration across a multicultural and geographically distributed teamYour profile• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or similar• 5+ years’ experience in Q/EHS roles within aviation or related industries• Proven leadership experience in quality and safety (minimum 2 years)• Fluent in French and English• Deep expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS) (Part ARGH, ISBAH or equivalent)• Strong knowledge of French EHS.
