Jet Aviation seeks a highly capable Technical Services Coordinator to ensure airworthiness, reliability and operational readiness of managed aircraft. You will collaborate with operators, MROs, NAAs, and customers, ensuring maintenance activities are planned, executed, and documented per regulatory requirements and AMP.

The ideal candidate has strong airworthiness knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Airworthiness, Aviation, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA Part-M, OTAR Part 39 and equivalent international requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities with MROs and stakeholders.
  • Review maintenance Quotations and ensure compliance with NAAs and AMP.
  • Coordinate Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and SBs as applicable.
  • Oversee Certificate of Airworthiness renewal with the NAA.
  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to minimise downtime.
  • Assist with aircraft acquisition and sales projects and respond to client inquiries.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-orientedTechnical Services Coordinatorto join our aviation team. Reporting directly to theDirector, Technical Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the airworthiness, reliability and operational readiness of managed aircraft.

This role involves coordinating closely with aircraft operators, MROs, National Aviation Authorities (NAAs), customers and other aviation stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance activities are planned, executed and documented in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and approved maintenance programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aircraft airworthiness and maintenance environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced and operationally demanding setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and overseescheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activitiesin close collaboration with MROs and relevant stakeholders.
  • Request, review and evaluate maintenance quotations, ensuring that proposed work is commercially appropriate and carried out in accordance with applicable NAA regulations and the approved Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP).
  • AssessAirworthiness Directives (ADs)issued by the relevant NAA and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure continued compliance.
  • Evaluate and coordinate the implementation ofmandatory, recommended and optional Service Bulletins (SBs), where applicable.
  • Coordinate and manage theCertificate of Airworthiness (C of A) renewal processwith the relevant NAA, ensuring all requirements are met within the required timelines.
  • Provide prompt and effective support duringAircraft on Ground (AOG)situations, coordinating with MROs and other relevant parties to facilitate timely resolution and minimise aircraft downtime.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to supportaircraft acquisition and sales projects, including technical and airworthiness-related requirements.
  • Manage and respond toclient enquiries, requests and complaintsrelating to MRO services, ensuring issues are followed through to satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with MROs, operators, authorities and other service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Support the Director, Technical Services on technical, airworthiness and aircraft management matters as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree inAircraft Airworthiness, Aviation, Aeronautical Engineeringor a related discipline.
  • Minimum3 years of relevant experiencein an aircraft airworthiness, CAMO, technical services, aircraft maintenance or related aviation environment.
  • Strong working knowledge ofEASA Part-M, OTAR Part 39and equivalent international regulatory requirements.
  • Sound knowledge ofaircraft management principlesand a good understanding of various flight operations and services.
  • Strong understanding of thecommercial and operational considerations of aircraft management.
  • Experience withwide-body aircraft and CAMO procedureswill be highly advantageous.
  • EASA Part-66 licencewould be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, MROs, authorities and other aviation stakeholders.

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
