Job summary

GovTech, in partnership with the NCSS, is seeking a procurement professional to provide support across procurement activities, governances, and central services. The role involves advising divisions, reviewing policies, and driving improvements in procurement procedures to ensure economy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant finance and government procurement experience, strong communication, and project-management capabilities to deliver compliant, well-documented

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-versed with the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement.
• Knowledge of GeBIZ and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Procurement in managing procurement activities for NCSS.
• Plan and direct central procurement services for NCSS.
• Provide advice to NCSS divisions on Procurement issues.
• Review Procurement policies for compliance with the Government Instruction Manual.
• Review approvals for correctness of submission, procedures and documentation.
• Plan and direct development of new or improved Procurement procedures.
