Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Principal Manager / Senior Manager of Internal Audit to provide independent and objective assurance, strengthening governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organisation.

You will lead risk-based audits, supervise engagements, engage stakeholders including the Audit & Risk Committee, and drive improvements while upholding IIA standards and public sector guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA or CISA advantageous.
• 6–8 years for Principal Manager; 3–5 years for Senior Manager in relevant internal audit roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise end-to-end internal audit engagements.
• Develop annual risk-based internal audit plans aligned with governance framework.
• Assess internal controls and governance processes for effectiveness.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to ARC and senior management.
• Supervise outsourced/co-sourced audit teams and build capability in analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement and QAIP initiatives within the audit function.
