Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore invites applications for the Manager (Research Programme Management) to oversee and drive healthy longevity research programmes and strategic initiatives across NTU. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related fields).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in research programme management, research management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the higher education, healthcare, research, public sector, or innovation ecosystem would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a shared scientific roadmap for healthy longevity across NTU’s academic units.
• Implement internal funding initiatives and coordinate research programmes to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and maximise research impact.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic, clinical, government, industry, and international stakeholders.
• Monitor programme performance, funding utilisation, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation of research initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, symposia, and committee support related to healthy longevity initiatives.
