• Lead curriculum development with faculty and subject matter experts.
• Plan and organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to engage participants.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance offerings.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Manage budgeting, resources, scheduling, and logistics for programs.
