Job summary

NTU seeks a Manager (Research Programme Management) to oversee and drive healthy longevity research programmes, developing a shared scientific roadmap across NTU's faculties and coordinating internal funding to catalyse interdisciplinary collaborations and strengthen competitiveness for external funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Healthcare, Life Sciences).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in research programme management and related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across diverse groups.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, research, public sector, or innovation ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate a shared scientific roadmap for healthy longevity across NTU's academic units.
• Implement internal funding initiatives and coordinate research programmes to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and maximise research impact.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic, clinical, government, industry, and international stakeholders.
• Monitor programme performance, funding utilisation, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation of research initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, symposia, and committee support related to healthy longevity initiatives.
