Key Responsibilities

Consulting Leadership

• Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.

Business Development

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the financial services industry.
• Develop and present compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a strategic partner in clients' transformation journeys.

Thought Leadership

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to Sia Partners' knowledge base by developing thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and articles.
• Represent Sia Partners at industry events and forums, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the market.

Qualifications

• Big 4 Consulting Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in a top consulting firm (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent), with a proven track record in delivering strategic projects in the financial services industry.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong desire to build and grow a part of the business, with a focus on entrepreneurial leadership, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market share.
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Singapore financial services market, including the regulatory landscape, industry trends, and key players in Wealth & Asset Management, Asset Servicing, and Corporate & Investment Banking.
• Proven Track Record in Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in leading complex consulting projects from inception to delivery, with strong project management and client-facing skills.
• Proven Track Record in Client Acquisition: Ability to prospect, acquire, and build relationships with key clients, driving business growth through effective networking, proposal writing, and relationship management.
