Far East Organization is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to partner with a portfolio of legal entities across the Group. You will lead statutory and financial reporting, oversee consolidation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

You will provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, manage external audits, and support management reporting for shareholders and regulators. Strong leadership and governance focus are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy or recognised equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, or audit.
• Big 4 audit experience and/or experience in a large corporate environment is advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with ability to analyse and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key finance partner for a portfolio of legal entities across the Group.
• Lead statutory and financial reporting activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and Group policies.
• Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and analyses for accuracy of reporting.
• Oversee consolidated reporting processes and timely delivery of high-quality financial information.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and regulatory changes.
• Lead external audit engagements and coordinate with auditors for statutory audits.
• Support management reporting and information requests from shareholders, joint ventures, regulators, and authorities.
• Support capital management initiatives across the Group.
• Drive continuous improvement, including process optimization, automation, and internal controls.
• Lead sustainability reporting to comply with regulatory and standards requirements.
