Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years related experience; or Master's with 6 years; or Bachelor's with 8 years.
• 8+ years proven experience in protein, APIs, Drug Substance, Drug Product, or packaging manufacturing.
• 8+ years working knowledge of cGMP principles, FDA and other regulatory guidelines, and validation principles.
• 5+ years demonstrated in a people leadership and team management role.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task in ambiguity and complexity while delivering quality results.
• Experienced leader of cross-functional and matrixed teams with strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget development, monitoring, and reporting; manage contracts and related documents.
• Monitor site performance metrics; identify improvement opportunities and standardize tools across teams.
• Oversee department-wide projects from conception to implementation and close-out; manage timelines and risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and AI-enabled solutions to streamline processes and drive data-driven decisions.
