Job summary

People’s Association is seeking a Senior Manager (Building) to lead planning, design, and construction of Community Club/Centre projects. You will ensure safety, functionality and quality while coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires experience in architecture/building/project management with strong leadership and governance.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in Architecture, Building or Project Management or Engineering (minimum).
• Experience with design coordination and space planning.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to handover for CC/centre projects.
• Review building designs with stakeholders and coordinate with co-locating partners.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from design to completion, including defects liability and handover.
• Oversee consultants in PM, architectural, civil/structural, M&E, environmental, interiors.
