Job summary

VF Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Supply Digital Engineering to lead and manage technology teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions across the product supply organization. The role spans AI, automation, data & analytics, and ERP to enable smarter, faster and more resilient supply chain operations.

You will guide cross-functional teams on ERP/SAP, AI-powered decision support, data platforms, and enterprise integration in an agile environment, collaborating with product owners,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development or digital transformation experience in supply chain tech.
• 10+ years leading sizeable development teams (ERP, AI/data, integration).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms and frameworks with production AI delivery in supply chain contexts.
• Solid knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP SCM/MM/WM/PP) or equivalents.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Familiar with API/EDI/integration between ERP, WMS, TMS and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the digital transformation roadmap for APAC supply chain operations.
• Lead large cross-functional development teams across ERP, AI, data, and integration domains.
• Drive AI-powered solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics intelligence.
• Oversee data platforms and real-time analytics to support operational decisions.
• Govern API/EDI/integration architecture and ensure scalable, resilient systems.
• Establish agile processes, DevOps practices, and delivery standards across digital workstreams.
