Job summary

Esri Singapore is hiring a senior Strategic Consultant to guide executive-level GIS initiatives across strategic accounts. You will shape GIS strategy, governance, and enterprise implementations while leading client engagements and partnerships with Sales and Customer Success teams.

The role requires deep GIS expertise, exceptional communication with top stakeholders, and a track record of delivering transformational change for large organizations.

Qualifications

• Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of consulting, advisory, or client-facing experience.
• 10+ years of GIS experience, preferably with Esri technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges and lead transformational change.
• Recognized expertise in GIS strategy, governance, and enterprise implementation.
• Leadership potential and a passion for developing trusted client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts to drive client value, revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new Strategic Consulting opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Provide strategic advisory services on GIS strategy, architecture, governance, operating models, business processes, and program delivery.
• Deliver consulting engagements and Enterprise Advantage Program (EAP) services to achieve measurable client outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including revenue planning, project costs, and timesheet reporting.
• Maintain accurate consulting pipelines and business forecasts in Salesforce.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, keeping clients informed on product strategies, roadmaps, and key technology updates.
