Job summary

JASS TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced GIS Architect to design and govern enterprise GIS architecture using ArcGIS Enterprise, Server and Portal.

You will lead modernization, upgrades and integrations across enterprise systems. The role requires strong Python/ArcPy scripting, experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API, React or Angular, and hands-on work with cloud, DevOps and CI/CD practices to deliver scalable GIS solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of GIS experience with enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on with ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, and Portal.
• Experience with upgrades/migrations of ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Programming in Python/ArcPy.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API, React or Angular.
• Cloud, DevOps/CI-CD exposure.
• Strong design, stakeholder management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable GIS solutions integrating spatial databases, web applications and external enterprise systems.
• Develop and automate GIS workflows using Python, ArcPy and REST APIs.
• Support ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS JavaScript API, Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder applications.
• Design GIS data integration and ETL workflows using tools such as FME.
• Work with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Support cloud migration, DevOps and CI/CD implementation for GIS applications.
• Prepare solution architecture, technical design and integration documentation.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable GIS solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for GIS application deployment, production support and platform upgrades.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant GIS experience, with strong enterprise GIS architecture exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server and Portal.
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise upgrades/migrations and enterprise GIS architecture.
• Strong programming/scripting experience in Python/ArcPy.
• Experience with GIS databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with GIS web technologies such as ArcGIS JavaScript API, React or Angular.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps/CI-CD and GIS application modernization.
• Strong solution design, stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
• Singapore government project experience will be an advantage.
