We are looking for a technology-focused Senior Manager who manages the daily business operations, administrative functions of an organization handling operations with strong hands-on experience in HR process automation, good understanding on Finance management and Client Relationship Management(CRM).

The role will be responsible for managing HR & Finance operations while designing, implementing and improving automated HR workflows and system integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with HR & Finance Admin,IT department and system vendors to connect SAP HR data with automated workflows and digital processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR & Finance operations and employee lifecycle processes through automated SAP HR/HCM system.
• Maintain and validate employee master data, organisational structures, personnel information and HR transactions in SAP.
• Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation and system integration.
• Design, configure and maintain Ayehu EyeShare workflows for HR processes.
• Develop automated workflows using HR data as triggers or data sources.
• Configure workflow triggers, actions, approvals, notifications, escalations and exception handling.
• Automate HR processes including:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding Probation confirmation

  Contract renewal and expiry

• Work pass expiry
• Employee document renewal
• Leave and approval workflows
• Attendance exceptions
• HR compliance reminders
• Exit formalities
• Support integration between SAP HR, Ayehu EyeShare, HRIS, email, databases and other business applications.
• Work with APIs, web services, data files or other integration methods where required.
• Perform data mapping, validation and reconciliation between SAP and automated workflows.
• Monitor automated workflows, investigate failures and resolve process or data exceptions.
• Develop automated alerts and escalation mechanisms for incomplete or overdue HR processes.
• Create HR dashboards and reports using SAP data, Excel, Power BI or other analytics platforms.
• Analyse HR data and identify process inefficiencies, data-quality issues and automation opportunities.
• Work with IT, SAP consultants and external vendors on system configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Participate in UAT, system testing, deployment and post-implementation support for HR technology projects.
• Develop technical and functional SOPs, workflow documentation and process maps.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, RPA and intelligent automation to further reduce manual HR activities.
• Ensure HR automation processes comply with data privacy, access-control and confidentiality requirements.
• Apart from HR activities, the candidate must also serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution as a CRM.
• You will build long-term, trusting partnerships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and spot opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance checks to maintain high satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Take ownership of escalated service issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver fast solutions.
• Foster deep, long-term connections by understanding client goals, challenges, and unique business needs.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to optimize the client experience.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews (such as QBRs) covering account performance, metrics, and future recommendations.
• As Finance is the backbone of any business, Senior Manager should oversees a financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Producing accurate periodic management and statutory reports.
• Developing annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Ensuring adherence to tax regulations, internal controls and audit.
• Monitoring the cash flow management such as liquidity and managing working capital.

Requirements

• Post-Graduation in Human Resources or Information Technology or Computer Science or Business Information Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant HR/HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ayehu EyeShare or comparable IT/HR workflow automation platforms.
• Understanding of SAP HR data structures, HR master data and HR process flows.
• Experience designing and configuring workflow automation.
• Understanding of API, web services, system integration and data exchange concepts.
• Experience with data mapping, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Experience with Power Automate, RPA, AI or other automation technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to work with IT teams, SAP consultants, software vendors and business users.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• 6+ years of proven experience in account management, client relations, B2B sales, or customer success.
• Hands-on experience in Finance ebilling.
• Strong conflict-resolution, time-management, and problem-solving abilities paired with a customer-oriented attitude.
